So... after setting my alarm this morning to go to the gym I woke up absolutely shattered for some reason and ended up turning it off and going back to sleep. Bit guilty feeling but oh well. I need to start getting into the gym a bit to work on toning so I don't get lots of saggy skin (one thing I'm worry about!).
Brekkie consisted on a chocolate mint shake blended with ice. Lunch was my favourite today, I made a iced coffee using a cappuccino shake, coffee, sweetner and ice. It was DELICIOUS!!!! Dinner didn't go down too well.. I tried to make some 'crisps' with an oriental soup packet and tabasco, which I found a recipe for on minimins and they turned out like this.....
Basically the ones on the plate were the only edible ones and the rest was a soggy mess. I was gutted! Never mind though you live and learn, won't be trying them again. My favourite to far has been chocolate mint shake, cappuccino iced coffee and the cookie thing I made last night.
All in all today has been brill. Although I randomly get a really strong urge to eat, taking a bit of willpower to fight off. Been super busy today which prob helps. Uni starts again tomorrow and it's only a half day so no need to worry about others wondering why I'm not eating... That, will begin on Day 4..... See you tomorrow xx
My Life on Cambridge Diet
I would like to say this picture is not me! Although I wouldn't mind pulling off a bikini that well...

Update
So... I've done day 1!!! I made a cappuccino ice blended smoothy thing for lunch and experimented a little with dinner making a chocolate cookie?!?! Dare it say it was actually filling haha. Here is a picture... I must admit it doesn't look very appetising but it was nice to chew on something.
The 'recipe' I use was:
All in all I haven't found today too challenging apart from when I was in my car and suddenly really craved a wispa chocolate bar?! Usually I wouldn't have thought twice about stopping at the petrol station and buying one or even two but no I refrained.
I'm looking forward to tomorrow
The 'recipe' I use was:
- Crush 2 sweeteners in a cup and add a sachet of chocolate shake mix.
- Very slowly add water and mix until a doughy consistency is made. Not too stiff but not too runny.
- Spread about 1cm thick on a plate and place in microwave on 100 secs on 900wat.
- Allow to cool.
Please note this was not a Cambridge Diet recipe just something I wanted to try after reading about what you can do with the shakes to make them more interesting on the minimins website.

And it begins... DAY 1
So.... It begins. At weigh in this morning I was 14st 0lbs 3/4. I'm feeling upbeat after having a chocolate mint shake for brekkie and a huge glass of water and black-current flavouring. Have lots to do today so hopefully won't be thinking about food. I main challenge will be on Tues when I go back to Uni. What am I going to say when I'm not eating lunches???? Will think about that when the time comes.

Quick Introduction
Hey everyone, I am writing this blog not hoping for followers, but more as motivation to myself. Having said that please feel free to follow my story and comment if you come across my blog. I have had weight issues my whole life and tried every diet under the sun. After yo-yo dieting for many years I'm in my twenties now and feel I'm really missing out on the good things in life. So as off tomorrow morning my life changes.
I will be embarking on a challenge on 100 days on the Cambridge Diet. It will be hard and mentally challenging so I will be using this blog to vent aswell as let you followers who are interested know how I am getting on.
The first weigh in will be tomorrow morning... See you then xxx
